Who is eligible for assistance?
Any Veteran that resides in Volusia County, any active or former First Responders that resides in Volusia County.
How are we funded
We are a 501c3 non-profit fully funded by community-based business sponsors as well as fundraising events
What services do we provide?
We offer free Mental health Therapy counseling through a licensed first responder therapist. We work with local First responder agencies to do critical incident debriefings and moral boosting events.
How much are your events?
All of our walks are free, and the funding comes from fundraising and local business sponsors. Our mental conference is offered at a significantly discounted rate.
Are familys and kids allowed at your community events?
Of course, we want to promote the comradery outside and back home. Although we advise that some of the conversations our community has is geared towards the mental health and challenges that our veterans and first responders face which aren't always kid friendly. So we ask that you use your discretion when bringing younger kids.
How much money goes back to the organization
100% of the funds go back to assisting Volusia County First Responders and Veterans, All of our board members are volunteers that get no compensation.
